Lose 10 Pounds A Week
The elusive 10 pound weight loss goal. Anyone who wants to lose weight usually starts this off as their initial goal. Its a nice round number and can be repeated as many times as needed to achieve your final weight. But how is it done?

A FTC report stated the following
‘At least 40 percent of the 300 ads reviewed in the two- year study made at least one
false representation, such as ‘can eat as much as you want and still lose weight’ …
‘More than half of the ads either made false statements or statements that were
very likely to be false, including the suggestion that pounds could be shed without
cutting calories and increasing physical activity, and the promise of a steady weight
loss of eight to 10 pounds per week.’
Lets face it, that’s impossible!
The only possible way to lose weight is to use more calories than you intake. How do increase the amount of calories we use? One way is to lead a more active lifestyle but many of us don’t have that liberty. The other is to increase our metabolism, which burns calories 24/7.
After going through tons of fad diets and weight loss programs, the best program I could find that allowed me to eventually lose 10 pounds a week was Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
The main focus of this book is on calorie shifting. This system tells you how to eat properly to maximize your metabolism rate to the point where you will consistently burn more than you consume (which is how your lose weight so fast!).

I have also tried the FL4I-diet. I didn’t lose 10 pounds per week but lost approx 8 pounds per cycle. This diet is excellent and very easy to follow. Highly recommended!
